and just paid attention
to these flickering sensations in the belly?

if you took away the word ‘lonely’
and simply became fascinated
with this heavy feeling in the heart area?
What would happen
if you deleted the concept ‘sick’ 
or ‘broken’ or ‘wrong’
and just got curious about
the tightness in the throat
the pressure in the head
the ache in the shoulders?
What would happen
if you stopped looking for solutions
and checked to see
if there was actually a problem here?
Come out of the exhausting storyline, friend.
Come closer to yourself.
Commit sacred awareness to a single living moment.
Bring warmth to the tender place inside.
Infuse sensation 
with the light of attention.
Maybe
it’s not as bad

Pandiculatie is het onwillekeurig uitrekken van de zachte weefsels, die bij de meeste diersoorten voorkomt en wordt geassocieerd met overgangen tussen cyclisch biologisch gedrag, met name het slaap-waakritme. Geeuwen wordt beschouwd als een speciaal geval van pandiculatie die de musculatuur van de mond, het ademhalingssysteem en de bovenste wervelkolom beïnvloedt.

My face after 1,5 h. Iyengar Yoga 2 by Kosmo studi My face after 1,5 h. Iyengar Yoga 2 by Kosmo studio in Barcelona. Iyengar is also the teacher who puts the roots of Restorative Yoga, however his practice is about alignment and a real serious work. 

As this style of yoga is difficult to find in Tilburg en surroundings, I got some extra class on my trip in de big city. It was very sweaty and intensive, but after  the class, feeling was great and I go this “lifting” kind of face. 🙂🙏

Ik wil je een voor mij hele speciale plek laten zien. Dit belangrijke monument in het centrum van Sofia was onze hang plek toen ik teenager was. Met mijn skater vrienden hebben we hele intensieve en gekke tijden daar beleeft. Het was niet alleen leuk, maar ook een ontsnapping uit de standaard. Alle rebellen, kunstenaars, filosofen en unieke zielen waren daar welkom, mensen die het durfden om anders te zijn. Dat maakte het leven zo gekleurd en rijk, het gewone was te grijs en saai voor ons. Deze mensen zijn de mensen die straks als volwassenen het verschil maken of... Het gewoon opgeven, omdat de maatschappij het niet steunt wanneer je anders bent.

Yes, that's right depression, burn-out, addiction - I don't know one person in my life that did not have some of those. Yes of course I know a lot of people that can see it or dare to admit it. Diseases caused by society rules! And many more of them, where imbalanced emotion is evolved, there is a disease rooted. Also if you are the most enthusiast happy ambitions person, or full pockets specialist the imbalance will knock on your door.

Personally, I have the luck (also the burden) of having a strong character that preserved me through all the offences and pushing to be something else, to think like they think. But as a Projector I intuit from very young (even not knowing about the design) that I am not here to be like most Generators. I know I have different mechanism, mission and function. I'm still getting into discussions when someone try to tell me there is not such way as "my way". I have been pushed aside in my work and in my relationships, for being such a defender of my view, even if I offer something new, it was distrusted. However I did not change this trail of my character.
